What Is a Loan Modification?
A Loan Modification is an agreement between you and your lender to adjust the terms of your loan. Two types of adjustments generally take place, either the lender will lower your interest rate in order to make your payments more affordable, or the lender will lower your loan amount to give you the opportunity to refinance. If you are in a position where you can't afford your mortgage payments then a Loan Modification may be the best answer for you.

Is A Loan Modification Right For Me?
