Deluxe Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Loan Modification Package

For homeowners that don't have a lot of time and would prefer to lean on the resources of our non-attorney loan modification team,  The package includes income, asset, and expense information, debt-to-income ratios, combined loan-to-value ratio, a detailed hardship letter, a market analysis of your property, two recommended payment restructure proposals, direct addresses and phone numbers for your lender's loss mitigation department, and a scheduling calendar that gives you step-by-step directions on how to successfully work with your bank. An added benefit to this package is that our dedicated team will review your information for completeness and accuracy to assure that you do not include or omit information that would place your application outside of known approval criteria on its face.  Many people cause themselves to be disqualified from the outset by not knowing how to present themselves.  You will then submit you loan mod request to your lender under our guidance, along with instructions on how to handle the follow up phone calls and email contacts directly with them.  The DIY package also includes a preliminary live tutorial with your loan modification instructor and/or a 90 minute group teleconference that teaches everything that you need and gives you a chance to ask questions with a live expert. You'll get everything you need to submit your loan mod request to your lender along with instructions on how to handle the follow up phone calls and emails directly with them.  You will receive initial forms and instructions by email for a fast start, followed by a back-up tutorial and reference workbook by regular mail.

Attorney Package 

Unlike our DIY packages, you will have a dedicated team of loan modification experts that will negotiate on your behalf and will follow up with your lender until a resolution is reached.  An added benefit with this package is that you will have an attorney working on your behalf to ensure your lender puts priority on your loan modification request and puts the best terms together for you.  Often an attorney will find mistakes in your original loan paperwork that can be disputed as well as predatory lending practices.  This is called a “forensic financial analysis” and usually costs $3500 to $5000 by itself if hired outside of our program.  Optional is a document preparation service (provided by a registered California Legal Document Assistant- L.D.A.) that will type and prepare your modification documents, using information provided by you, ready to submit to your lender.

Deluxe Modification and Personal Credit Makeover Package 

For clients whose personal credit has been seriously damaged, even if forced into bankruptcy, we offer a comprehensive personal credit makeover in about 60 days.  Includes building a legal and ethical alternative personal credit profile in a legitimate business name qualifying you to be approved for loans, leases, credit cards, and more.  This option allows you to use an alternative credit rating during the years that it will take to restore your previous credit record.  May require purchase of a corporation.  Also ideal for small business owners seeking capital.
